My Service Advisor was Sam Rios. Shane just scheduled the appointment for my 90000 mile service. As usual, Sam did a fine job. However, as usual, the tire low pressure light came on on my way home. This time when I checked, the pressures were 34, 34.5, 32.5, and 32. The low tire pressure light usually comes on after my service on the way home, but there isn't usually as big a discrepancy between the tires.
Chance was knowledgeable about the car and helped us set it up. My only problem was I wanted a front wheel drive and it was going to another stat e. Chance tried to stop trade and sell to us but he couldn't. Not his fault. I give him a ten.
Both Brian and the Finance team were awesome! Friendly and professional They are the best!!

Caring employees, but they don't start on the car at the time of your appointment. Cole did report to us, and he did write up a report for us to get Glass Doctor pay for the issue they caused. We had texted ahead with Darrell that we wanted to drive a new Pilot while waiting on our repair, but he was busy across the showroom for a long time with other customers, and he finally came and saw us and got Rea to help us. Took my old CRV on for it's 185,000 maintenance. Struts needed replacement. Up until this maintenance the car only needed standard maintenance. Wife and I decided that it was time for a new CRV. Ramon Green is an amazing salesman. He listened and went above and beyond my expectations. I told him anything was fine except the color white. He pulled up a green Passport. GREEN!!! I forgot to tell him green only looks good on trees and grass. But, I was wrong!! I was super shocked to find I love this color of green. People are checking out my new ride everywhere I go.
The technicians forgot to give me a 'return for service' sticker (the second time that's happened) and failed to replace a stem valve cap on one on my tires.

We made an appointment and they wanted us to pay a diagnostic fee before they would even look at it and we got the bumper to bumper. The warranty is just as high pressure as the sales team. The car wash is never open.

Got appointment when requested for an oil change. They checked the car and requested several services basen on age of car and one based on condition they found
Came in for an oil change ended up with two services that were expensive and took a lot of time. After waiting 3 hours, found out the car needed to spend the night while we waited for part. Wasn't expecting expense or time - but all worked out
