Very friendly and attentive staff. Many staff worked to help each other and help get us the best deal. They also offered to take our picture after purchase.

They messed up my title transfer paperwork, costing me hours of time a the DMV. Only one person in sales apologized and several people suggested canceling the deal after I paid them 10k.

I recently visited McLarty Honda in Little Rock, Arkansas, to look at a Honda CR-V. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, primarily due to the unprofessional attitude of the salesperson, Lamar. Instead of answering my questions, they made inappropriate comments like, “Are you actually going to buy the car, or are you wasting my time?” This is not something anyone wants to hear when they’re trying to make an informed decision.

When it comes to their service department, get prices in writing first before confirming your appointment. I just drove up for my 11:30 appointment today only to find out that the $54.99 oil change special (tire rotation extra $15.00) is now $155.00 and the differential service is now $250.00 (plus or minus a few dollars because my blood was starting to boil). Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment and drove off. I think they must have a target of finding a minimum of $500.00+ worth of stuff wrong with your vehicle to make quota. Three words describe McLarty Honda’s service department-competent, honest and reasonable. Two words describe Juan Valenzuela-The Man. My highest recommendation!

I made clear that I was definitely buying, and the response was lackadaisical. The manager then blamed another person when I said I bought from another dealer. I also feel that cars were held out as ready to buy when they weren't, and another car would be substituted.

Called about getting a Honda CR-V black with black interior. Was told only what I wanted to hear to get my deposit on a car. 2 mins after the call, Kevin Barry sends me a large text where he says its grey interior but sends me a build picture right after that says black cloth interior. After months of waiting we drive an hour to the dealership to find its a grey interior car. This was my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership, bad choice because this place makes me never want to purchase a car from a dealership again! I bought a vehicle here, within two weeks my check engine light came on and I had to get over $1,000 work done. I have had my car for less than six months and I have had over $3,000 worth of problems. In short, I got sold a lemon thinking it has fully inspected by Mcclarty Honda, thanks for screwing me over!

Had an appointment at 8:15. Sat in my car for almost an hour before driving off. There were 8 cars in front of me and 7 or 8 cars behind me. I called and spoke to the manager and the only thing he has to say was that they were busy. He never apologized and he was rude

Took car in for 60,000 mile service. No problems just the suggested service. Was told cost would be approx $1000.00. When paid charge was $1489.00. No one called to say would be more than I was told. They sell elderly people repairs they don’t need, & the building has condensation on the walls which means must, mildew, and mood are close by. People with asthma, allergies, or compromised immune systems should probably avoid or take precautions. Also it gets sweltering hot in the waiting areas and they keep you waiting awhile if you aren’t buying a new car. Bring a book.

It took 3 hours and they do not offer free oil changes for customers that just purchased a vehicle from them. This was my very first oil change and all the other dealerships I have been associated with have offered free oil changes for their customers that just purchased a vehicle from them.

I am so disappointed, talked to 2 sales personnel (Duke and Noah), both initially responded and were very friendly than all of a sudden they stopped replying or contacting me as I don't even exist. My A/C in my 1 year old CR-V was going out. After listening to a recording my husband had made of the noises when it would stop working, and listening to our descriptions of events, the mechanic was able to pinpoint the problem and get new parts replaced before my bumpers-bumper ran out.

Definitely recommend the service dept based on recent and past experiences. I don't see purchasing a another new car from this dealership though based on most recent purchase..

I just had minor service performed by, as usual, I was treated well and the requested service was completed on time and at a reasonable price.

I was impressed with the speed and knowledge. My first oil change was no charge as was the light since it was under warranty. I really appreciate the honesty.

2016 CRV would not start because of battery not staying charged. We were able to get an appointment the next morning. Needed new battery, but was still under warranty, it was a new battery at no charge. Home in about an hour.

Keith was so nice and informative. I couldn't stay while my car was being service but Keith made sure to call. When i returned he went over everything that I need repaired and what was fixed. His actions really showed he cared. He was even nice enough to go through car wash with me because I can never get it to work properly.
