We picked a bad time for us to look at cars, but we wanted to see how Honda Ridgeline Fit us. We had to be somewhere that evening and they were kind enough to hold the car and let us come back the next day to finish the deal. Darrel was very accommodating. This place has been amazing since the start. From the moment we walked to after the sale. To the service dept all have been so amazing .
The service was good however, you need tell your customers how long this will take up front. I was there for an oil change, tire rotation, and recall updates on computer system as well as recall for air compressor and tire inflater. I expected to be completed within an hour and half to one forty minutes at most and was there for well over two hours. This is difficult for those of us who work and come from an hour away. Several forms needed smart phone use.at&t had tower issues and my phone didn't work. Robert Ross let me use his.. it didn't help that I had the wrong ins papers. Almost 4 hours to complete the process. When we were home and looked at the owner's manual and found the print and pictures were too small to read or understand. We like the car but are disappointed with the support documentation.

I’ve been a customer here for about two years now. I’ve had regular maintenance performed here as well as some repairs, such as a manufacturer safety recall repair. I’ve had an overall positive experience at this service center. They seem to have trustworthy mechanics, helpful service team members, and reasonably decent prices. Also, they’re fast and reliable, too; you can make an appointment to either bring it in and wait, or drop-off and leave. I will continue my relationship as a customer with the McLarty Honda authorized service center.

McLarty Honda really came through. I was in Little Rock when my transmission went out. I was able to get the car to McLarty where they fixed the transmission and other items that needed attention, including being able to purchase great tires at a good price. The car drives like a new one now.
