McLarty Honda really came through. I was in Little Rock when my transmission went out. I was able to get the car to McLarty where they fixed the transmission and other items that needed attention, including being able to purchase great tires at a good price. The car drives like a new one now.

I’m military stationed out of state. I’ve been away from my wife and kids for about 3 months. They started driving from Texas across the country and the car had major issues that stranded them in Little Rock. COLE B, Best customer svc for 7 AM-no appoitment. Oil change and brakes done...less than 2 hours wait time. Cole did come and give update on completion of services.

It was an excellent experience. My salesman “KD” was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He worked extremely hard to find the best vehicle/deal that fit my lifestyle and more importantly my budget. I actually felt “he was working for me” the customer. Finance manager was extremely helpful also not talking over my head and then sell me something that I clearly didn’t need. It was good to feel like a customer versus feeling like a victim. I we’ll definitely go back to this dealership when I’m considering a different vehicle.

My Service Advisor was Sam Rios. Shane just scheduled the appointment for my 90000 mile service. As usual, Sam did a fine job. However, as usual, the tire low pressure light came on on my way home. This time when I checked, the pressures were 34, 34.5, 32.5, and 32. The low tire pressure light usually comes on after my service on the way home, but there isn't usually as big a discrepancy between the tires.
Chance was knowledgeable about the car and helped us set it up. My only problem was I wanted a front wheel drive and it was going to another stat e. Chance tried to stop trade and sell to us but he couldn't. Not his fault. I give him a ten.

Caring employees, but they don't start on the car at the time of your appointment. Cole did report to us, and he did write up a report for us to get Glass Doctor pay for the issue they caused.
