Ramon Green is an amazing salesman. He listened and went above and beyond my expectations. I told him anything was fine except the color white. He pulled up a green Passport. GREEN!!! I forgot to tell him green only looks good on trees and grass. But, I was wrong!! I was super shocked to find I love this color of green. People are checking out my new ride everywhere I go.

The technicians forgot to give me a 'return for service' sticker (the second time that's happened) and failed to replace a stem valve cap on one on my tires.
